14. Cancellation, refunds, and billing

14.1 All sales are final once enrollment is confirmed and access is made available, except where Texas or federal law requires otherwise. Change of mind, not logging in, not watching the videos, missing a call or webinar, or deciding the material is not for you does not create a refund.

14.2 Plus is free for 30 days from enrollment. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you authorize RAV-AMAN LLC, doing business as Master Key Professional Development, to charge $50.00 plus applicable tax each month after that, on a recurring basis, until you cancel. Elite has no free trial. When you enroll in Elite you authorize a recurring charge of $100.00 plus applicable tax each month until you cancel.

14.3 You cancel in your account billing settings on our website. Email support@masterkeyprofessionaldevelopment.com only if the website will not process the cancel. Cancel stops future charges. It does not refund months already paid unless the law requires it or we agree in writing. Enrolling in a new plan does not cancel an old plan. If you move from Plus to Elite, or Elite to Plus, you must enroll in the new plan and cancel the old one.

25. How the Plus drip works

30.1 Plus content is released on your enrollment date. Day 0 is the day you are first enrolled in Plus. Each student has her own clock. People start any day of the week.

30.2 Some items stay open from Day 0: Start here, call booking pages, community access, affiliate information, and webinar dates.

30.3 Skill chapters open over a 12-week path. After day 77 the Plus library in this course is open. Membership after that is ongoing access, community, webinars, group calls, and new material we add.

30.4 We may change release dates, titles, or the order of lessons. We will not hold back community access behind the drip.

26. Calls, coaching, and group coaching

26.1 If your enrollment includes coaching or marketing calls, you will receive the calls listed at checkout. You must schedule those calls in the first 30 days after enrollment. A missed call is not automatically rescheduled.

26.2 Call times depend on availability. We will do our best to accommodate you based on bookings. We may change call format, length, host, or scheduling method.
